About...
"Over the years I have built a large amount of loyal customers. This has been because it is my practice to give an honest, helpful approach to my work and treat each rug I work with like my customers, as an individual. I respect and appreciate rugs, it is clearly a passion of mine without a doubt. I therefore find it important to do the very best to attach the same sentiment to each of our customers. My customers know with me that they will always get my very best work and I will go the extra mile.
For two generations this reputation has been built up. Abroad I have a large workshop in Tehran which deals with the antique and ultra fine restoration works. The logistic routes to and from the workshop are impeccable so your prized rugs are always going to be in safe hands. The workshop reputation in Tehran is one of high regard, both as seller and restorer to the trade."
Ali Karimi, the founder of the UK branch has been known throughout London and Kent for the past 10 years. He is known throughout Royal Tunbridge Wells where he has worked diligently and always to the highest level of customer satisfaction along the Pantiles and high street. A large portion of homes throughout the Southeast and London have their rugs origins, cleaning or restoration directly at his feet. A lot of his customers have become avid collectors due to his infectious love of rugs as well as firm friendships. In an online world, the personal touch and word of mouth is still the best builder of reputation and trust.
"Before coming to the UK, I was working and trained under my Fathers eye in our retail and rug cleaning in the Grand Bazaar Farsh, located in Tehran. From here some 10 years ago now I moved to the UK and began working at one of the largest retailers of Oriental rugs in the South East of England. My initial duties were to help with my extensive knowledge of rugs in identifying and selling the pieces. giving historical information of all the rugs and evaluating which I enjoyed for many years. Due to the retirement of the owner I then moved to a new shop where I worked from the foundation up as it was an entirely new business. I took the managerial role there and brought it up to be a large and well established retailer that enjoys a healthy reputation to this day. From this point on I then decided that it was my time to open my own business. I want to be able to give customers the level of service and dedication I have always striven to give. A place where new and returning customers alike will know they will get the best advice and confidence in any purchases or services they use through us. Genuine service alongside genuine product at a genuine price."
